How We Came to Shine
Anyone who knows me now would probably never guess that I used to be shy. I struggled with speaking in front of people and often felt more comfortable blending into the background.
Then I heard someone describe clothing as a kind of armor, and I realized earrings could do that for me. Depending on the color, size, and style, a bold pair could change the way I carried myself — from timid to self-assured and confident.
Over time, something changed. I stopped needing the earrings to create those feelings. I had started to believe them about myself.
That experience inspired Shine Expressions. I wanted to create earrings that could help other women feel seen, expressive, and a little more confident in who they already are.
Sometimes the earrings are the statement. Sometimes they help you become it.
